Self-Exclusion
Filiplay offers self-exclusion as a lawful tool to restrict access to its gambling services. This measure is an aid to responsible gambling and is not a substitute for personal responsibility or professional treatment where required. It applies to all Filiplay products and services associated with your account and payment methods connected to that profile.
Activation and Scope
You may initiate self-exclusion through online self-service or by contacting Filiplay Customer Support. Online activation is completed by logging into your account, navigating to Account Settings, and selecting Self-Exclusion. Offline activation is effected by submitting a request to Filiplay Customer Support via available channels. The exclusion applies to all Filiplay offerings linked to the same customer profile and payment instruments; it cannot be bypassed by creating a new account under the same identity or using alternate devices to access Filiplay while the exclusion is active.
Duration and Extensions
Exclusion periods are fixed at one of the following durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Once an exclusion period is selected and activated, it cannot be shortened or cancelled before its expiry. Upon expiry, the exclusion ends automatically unless you submit a new extension request. Extensions may be granted only after a formal request and subject to Filiplay verification procedures.
Effects on Account and Communications
During the self-exclusion period you will be unable to log in to Filiplay using the excluded profile. The exclusion also blocks promotional communications and marketing materials. The restriction applies to all Filiplay products linked to the same profile and should be observed across all channels used to access Filiplay services. Any attempt to circumvent Filiplay’s exclusion mechanisms, including the registration of new accounts, is strictly discouraged and may be subject to additional action by Filiplay.
Financial Considerations and Withdrawals
If you have active bets or winnings at the time you initiate self-exclusion, you should request any withdrawal prior to the start of the exclusion. Filiplay will process withdrawals submitted before the exclusion begins. Withdrawals or other financial actions requested after exclusion has started may be delayed or deferred until the end of the exclusion period or the applicable extension, at Filiplay’s discretion.
Responsibilities and Compliance
You acknowledge that self-exclusion is an aid to managing online gambling consumption and is not a guarantee of cessation. You agree not to attempt to register new Filiplay accounts, log in to existing accounts, or otherwise circumvent Filiplay’s exclusion measures during the active period. You accept responsibility for any actions intended to circumvent the exclusion and release Filiplay from liability for any activity that occurs during the exclusion period.
Data, Privacy and Recordkeeping
Filiplay shall process and retain information necessary to enforce self-exclusion in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy. Data related to self-exclusion will be stored for the duration of the exclusion plus any statutory retention period and may be disclosed to regulatory authorities as required by law.
Reinstatement and Support
Following the conclusion of the chosen exclusion period, reinstatement may be requested by contacting Filiplay Customer Support. Reinstatement is subject to verification procedures and may involve a cooling-off period. Filiplay will provide guidance on the steps required to restore access once the exclusion ends.
